A: Please allow up to 3 days for Bitcoin and gift card purchases.
Contact support or go here if you have not received your key within this time frame.

A: Due to unicode character issues, Synapse X needs to be extracted from its archive file before use.

Q: Can I use Synapse on multiple computers?
A: Yes, though switching between computers will usually result in a "24 hours" issue.

Giving your Synapse account to other people (i.e. brother, sister, cousin, dog, grandpa, etc) is not allowed in any case.
By using Synapse on multiple computers it means for the same person to be using their whitelist on 2 different computers that THEY OWN.
By purchasing Synapse, you agree to the Terms of Service found here.

Q: Why am I kicked the moment I inject?
A: This can be caused by scripts in your autoexec.
If you are kicked with nothing in your autoexec, please report the game you are playing to a Synapse X developer.
